8th Grade End of Year Events - Volunteers Needed

8^th Grade End of Year Events (Volunteers needed)

8th graders will be taking a field trip to the University of Washington HUB to spend the day exploring, playing games, and hanging out with friends on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Students were given permission slips today. Please complete the permission slip and have your child return it to their BBT teacher no later than Friday, May 15.

The cost of the field trip is $30 and can be paid online through the payment portal:  https://wa-issaquah.intouchreceipting.com/.  

Students have three options for lunch:

• bring from home
• buy at the Hub
• order from the school cafeteria  

If students plan to order lunch from the school cafeteria, they will need to obtain an order form from their BBT teacher.

Chaperones are needed to help make the field trip successful. Chaperones will ride the bus and be responsible for approximately 10 students throughout the trip. If you are willing and able to volunteer, please click the link below to sign up. June 12, 2026 - 8^th Grade Dance (Volunteers needed)

To celebrate the end of the 8th graders middle school era, ASB is hosting an 8th grade dance on Friday, June 12, 2026, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
 

With the dance just around the corner and planning in full swing, we need your help! Without volunteers, we will not be able to host the dance, so please consider joining in on the fun.
