Free Vaccine Clinic for students next week! (Thursday Nov. 21st)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for students to receive FREE flu shots, COVID boosters, or ANY other needed vaccines at school!
When: November 21st from 11am-1pm (during school lunches)
Where: Beaver Lake Middle School
What: Completely FREE of charge, King County Public Health in partnership with Bellevue College Nursing students will be administering:
- School required vaccines (Tdap, MMR, Polio, Varicella etc.)
- Seasonal vaccines (Flu and COVID-19)
- Recommended vaccines (HPV, Hepatitis A, etc.)
Who: Any Beaver Lake MS student who has consent to receive needed vaccines
In order to participate your student will need to return the attached consent form, completed and signed by a parent, to our health room by Tuesday, Nov. 19th.
If you want to be present when your child receives their vaccine(s) you are welcome to. Please make our school nurse aware that you are coming so she can let you know the best time for you to arrive. You can contact our school nurse Kerri Whitworth, at whitworthk@issaquah.wednet.edu.
Please note that this clinic is completely optional, but we hope those who are interested can take advantage of this great opportunity!
